What is the ADN?
The ARCHIBUS Developer Network (ADN) is a community of developers who create 3rd party products and services that are extensions of the ARCHIBUS product.
Why are ADN product and service offerings important to me?
The ADN community’s product and service offerings can maximize your ARCHIBUS investment. In many cases, ADN products have helped organizations achieve specific goals, such as managing unique facilities and infrastructure assets that fall beyond the scope of ARCHIBUS.
What is the relationship between ARCHIBUS, Inc. and the ADN?
ADN members are third party developers who have expertise in developing ARCHIBUS related products and services.
Does ARCHIBUS, Inc. endorse ADN product and service offerings?
No, ARCHIBUS does not endorse ADN providers’ products or services and has made no attempt to verify performance claims or other information supplied by ADN providers. Users are encouraged to request additional information, including references, demonstrations, and literature from their Authorized ARCHIBUS Business Partner or from the ADN product and service providers.
Are ADN product and service offerings covered in the ARCHIBUS Technical Support Program?
The ARCHIBUS Technical Support Program only provides technical support for ARCHIBUS products, and not for ADN products or services. Typically, the ADN provider who created the product or service provides support. Your ARCHIBUS authorizedBusiness Partner may also be able to provide the additional services that you need.
How can I purchase these ADN applications?
Many of these ADN solutions are sold and supported by the ARCHIBUS Business Partner community. We encourage you to contact your Business Partner to discuss the options available to you concerning third party solutions.
What is the ADN Advisory Council?
The ADN Advisory Council is a collective representation of ARCHIBUS Business Partners and Developers that help formulate the policies and protocols of the ADN community. This council works closely with ARCHIBUS, Inc. and its Business Partners to ensure that ADN products and services are of high quality and delivered in a consistent format.
What if I am unsatisfied with an ADN purchase?
The ADN Product Feedback Form sends your comments (and if desired, your contact information) directly to the ADN provider as well as the ADN Advisory Council and ARCHIBUS, Inc. ARCHIBUS does not endorse any of the ADN developers’ products and has made no attempt to verify performance claims or other information supplied by ADN providers. Any recourse should be taken directly with the developer. It is, however, ARCHIBUS, Inc.’s intent to de-list ADN providers that do not provide quality products and services to the ARCHIBUS user community.
